Very fine and extremely rare, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wrist-watch with round button chronograph, register and tachometer. Accompanied by an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe ribbed bracelet and a fitted box. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
