Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No 868390, case No 672756, Ref. 1463, made in 1952, sold on 7 May 1953. Very fine and rare, waterproof, 18K yellow gold gentleman 's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register and pulsometer.
C. massive, polished, screwed back, dust protecting cap. D. matt silver with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 15 pulsations. "Baton" gold hands. M. 13"' Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, 8 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Accompanied by Extract from the Archives.
