Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 867287, case No. 653466, Ref. 1463, made in 1948, sold on 11 March 1949. Very fine and extremely rare, early, waterproof, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register and pulsometer.

C. massive, polished, screwed back, dust protecting cap. D. matt silver with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 15 pulsations. "Baton" gold hands. M. 13"' , rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, 8 adjustments, self compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition, with Extract of the Archives. Diam. 35 mm.
