Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 911877, case No. 636518, Ref. 1486, made in 1944 and sold in 1945. Fine and rare square, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with a special sliding strips on each side to close the case, with certificate.

C. massive, polished, held together by three sliding bars on each lateral side, hooded cylindrical lugs. D. mat silver with applied gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Spade" gold hands. M. 10 "'-110 rhodiumed, "fausses cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 27 x 41 mm.
