Patek Philippe Ellpse D?or Solar Clock Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 31477, case No. 1.802.577, Ref. 1505. Made for SBS Bank, circa 1985. Fine and rare, gilt brass, ?Ellipse d?Or? solar-powered electric mantel clock. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box.

C. Gilt brass, rectangular with curved tambour ends, brushed and polished, polished oval bezel, hinged back door, solar panel set in the top, hinged back door. D. Oval, royal blue, the SBS logo above 6, applied faceted gilt brass baton indexes. Gilt brass baton hands. M. 92 mm. circuit board with transistors connected to the photo-electric cell, battery back-up power, buttons for stop/ test/frequency. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 20 x 18 x 7.1 cm.
