Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868240, case No. 674152, Ref. 1518, circa 1954, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Extremely fine and rare astronomic, 18ct pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, perpetual calendar and moon phases.

C. massive, polished, satined, concave bezel. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"'Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 35 mm.
