Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 867237, case No. 649554, Ref. 1518, circa 1947, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Very fine, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the days of the month, outer tachometer graduation, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations, the date appears in a magnifying window on the crystal. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"'-Q rhodiumed, " fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance spring mIcrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
