Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 867516, case No. 655680, Ref. 1518, 1940's, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Very fine and rare astronomic, 18ct pink gold gentleman's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

C. massive, polished, satined, concave bezel. D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold bans. M. 13'?-Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
