Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 867364, case No. 652366, Ref. 1518, circa 1948, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18 et pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dials and for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations, " Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"'Q, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
