Patek Philippe & Cie. Geneve, No. 863678, case No. 641824, Ref. 1518, circa 1945, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. adjusted to temperatures silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation, apertures for the day of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"'Q, rhodiumed, "fausses cotes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
