Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 868549, case No. 644110, Ref. 1518, circa 1955, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch, with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, perpetual calender and moon phases.

D. mat silver, with applied gold Arabic numerals, + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations, "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13? Q, rhodiumed, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
