Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 863462, case No. 635020, Ref. 1518, sold on the 20.9.1945 to Mr. Lenoir. Fine astronomic 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases, square button chronograph, register and tachometer, produced in 281 examples between 1941 and 1954.
C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. rare mat silver with applied gold large Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minute register dials, outer graduations for the days of the month, minutes, seconds and tachometer indications, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13' Q, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
