Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 868242, case No. 674154, Ref. 1518, circa 1954. Very fine astronomic 18-carat pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with moon phases, perpetual calendar, chronograph, registers and tachometer, produced in 281 examples, between 1941 and 1954.

D. mat silver with applied gold Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds, 30 minutes register and date dials, concentric, tachometer and minutes graduations, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"' 0, rhodiumed, "fausses-cotes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetaIIic balance, adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
