Extremely fine and very rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon-phases, square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
