?Perpetual Calendar Chronograph? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 867239, case No. 650440, Ref. 1518, 1st series. Made in 1947, sold on October 28, 1948. Extremely fine and very rare, astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon-phases, square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
