Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 867516, case No. 655680, Ref. 1518, 1st series, made in 1948, sold on 14 February 1950. Very fine and rare astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer, perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. matt silver with applied gold Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the clays of the month, outer tachometer graduation, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the phase of the moon. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, 8 adjustments, self compensating Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition, with Extract of the Archives. Diam. 35 mm.
