Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 927 653, case No. 641815, Ref. 1526, 2nd series, circa 1945. Produced in 210 examples from 1942 to 1952 in yellow and pink gold, only one example known to date in stainless steel. Very fine astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and small Arabic numerals + auxiliary inner seconds dial and outer indication for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 12 "'-120 Q rhodiumed, " fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
