Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 928194, case No. 644090, Ref. 1526, circa 1947, produced in 210 examples between 1942 and 1952. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic nurnerals + auxiliary seconds dial, graduation for the clays of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 12"'-120 Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
