Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve, No. 926280, case No. 637192, Ref. 1526, circa 1944, produced in 210 examples between 1942 and 1952. Fine and rare, astronomic, 18ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch, with perpetual calender and moon phases.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille", gold hands. M. 12"'-120, rhodiumed, " fausses-cotes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 34 mm.
