Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 928694, case No. 646250, Ref. 1526, sold on the 7.9.1943. Rare astronomic 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, produced in 210 examples between 1942 and 1952.

D. mat silver with applied gold Arabic numerals + auxiliary inner-seconds dial, concentric graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 12"'-120, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 3 for heat, cold, isochronism and to 5 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
