Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 921373, case No. 626625, Ref. 1526, sold on the 8.9.1942. Rare astronomic 18-carat gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, produced in 210 examples between 1942 and 1952.

C. massive, polished, concave bezel. D. mat silver with applied gold Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial, concentric, graduation for the days of the month. (Special modell bearing the date graduation inside the seconds ring dial), apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. " Feuille" gold hands. M. 12"'-120, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 for heat, cold isochronism and to 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and move-ment signed. In very good condition. Diam. 35 mm.
