Extremely fine and rare astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, small Arabic numerals on the dial, and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold dot indexes and small Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds dial with inner 60-second scale and outer graduationfor the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Cal. 12'''-120 QP, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring, micrometric regulator.
