Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, ?Calatrava?, No. 829218, case No. 619171, probably Ref. 1527. Produced in the 1940s. Production of this reference started in 1942. Very fine, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.
C. two-body, solid, polished, inner metal band to protect the movement, flat bezel, concave lugs. D. black with applied yellow gold baton and pyramidal indexes, auxiliary seconds dial. Yellow gold "Dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 12'''-120, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance-spring, micrometric regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 30 mm.
