C. massive, polished, satined, lapidated teardrop lugs. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13"', rhodituned, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 36 mm.

PRADEL Louis, 1906 - 1976. Elected Mayor of Lyon (France) in 1957 after having been for 20 years the Assistant of President Edouard Herriot. He has clone a lot for the town The Part-Dieu Center, the Highway Complex of Perrache, the Underground, the Fourvière Tunnel, the Palais of Congress and on the artistic hand : the Auditorium, the Gallo-Roman Museum, the Renewal of the Old-Lyon, and numerous swimming-pools, skating-rings and residences for old people. He was a very simple and popular man, of excellent contact and very much sought after by the Lyonnaise Population who has regretted him a lot.
