Extremely fine and rare, oversized, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, faceted teardrop lugs. D. Matte silver with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and pyramidal indexes, outer minute and 1/5th second track, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outermost tachometer scale. Pink gold "feuille" hands. M. 13''', rhodium plated, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with 8 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm.

Production of this reference began in 1943. This reference was produced in Staybrite (very rare), in steel with pink gold lugs, bezel, and crown (extremely rare), in yellow gold (standard production), pink and in white gold (extremely rare). Only three examples were made in platinum.
