Extremely fine and rare, oversized 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by fitted box, the original certificate and the Extract from the Archives.

Cal. 13'''-130, rhodium-plated, fausses c?tes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Production of this reference began in 1943. This reference was produced in Staybrite (very rare), in steel with pink gold lugs, bezel, and crown (extremely rare), in yellow gold (standard production), and in pink and in white gold (extremely rare). Only three examples are known to have been made in platinum.
