Patek Philippe - Yellow Gold - Ref. 1579 Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 868219, case No. 668581, Ref. 1579. Made in 1951, sold August 28th, 1952. Very fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives and Certificate of Origin.

c. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, faceted teardrop lugs. d. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and pyramidal indexes, outer minute and 1/5th second track with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outermost tachometer scale. Yellow gold baton hands. m. Cal. 13''', rhodium plated, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, fausses cotes decoration, 25 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance with 8 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
