PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 1579 PULSATIONS YELLOW GOLD Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 868214, case No. 668577, Ref. 1579. Made in 1951, sold on July 19th, 1952. Extremely fine and very rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, pulsations scale and a 14K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, faceted teardrop lugs. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold pyramidal indexes and Arabic 12 and 6 numerals, outer minute and 1/5th second track, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outermost pulsations scale. Yellow gold feuille hands. M. 13???, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 23 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 36 mm. THICKNESS 11 mm
