Patek Phillippe & Cie., Genève, No. 961403, case No. 645678, Ref. 1585, circa 1948. Fine and rare, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. massive, polished, hooded lugs. D. pink, with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. " Bâton" gold hands. M. 12"'-120, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, mono-metallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 34 mm.
