PATEK PHILIPPE REF. 1593 SO-CALLED HOUR GLASS Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 977522, case No. 2624688, Ref. 1593. Made in 1963. Very fine and rare, rectangular flared, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.

C. Two-body, flared, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, snap-on case back engraved: Dr. R.A. A.R.C. 1931 ? 1964, faceted crystal.
D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold feuille hands.
M. Cal. 9???-90, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, tonneau-shaped, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 24 x 41 mm. Thickness 11 mm.
