Exceptionaly fine and extremely rare, asymmetric, 18K yellow gold, platinum, sapphire and diamond lady's wristwatch "à tirette", with concealed dial and a semi-rigid 18K yellow gold bracelet "à chevrons". Three-body, solid, polished, at one end of the bracelet, a rectangular platinum and yellow gold element, pavé-set with round diamonds and four square-cut sapphires, revealing the watch by pulling out the gold inner case, at the other hand, a largedecorative scroll also set with round diamonds and square-cut sapphires fixed by a semi-circular lever set with four largediamonds, with a total weight of 3.17 ct for 50 diamonds and a total sapphire weight of 9.27 ct for 21 sapphires; yellow gold double security chain, top winder.
