So-called ?Tegolino? Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 1101517, case No. 697464, Ref. 2292/1. Made in 1960. Very fine and extremely rare, rectangular "bombé", platinum lady's wristwatch with diamond-set dial and a Patek Philippe woven platinum bracelet by Gay Frères.
