So-called ?Topolino? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 971620, case No. 511303, Ref. 2414. Made circa 1949. Very fine and very rare, rectangular, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. Accompanied by the original fitted box and the Extract from Archives.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, rounded concave lugs, bombé crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic 12, baton and dot indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 9'''-90, tonneau-shaped, rhodium plated, "faussescôtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 27 x 43 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
