Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 888145, case No. 2602745, Ref. 2438-1, sold on the 1.9.1960. ( 4th serie) Fine astronomic centre seconds, 18-carat gold, gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases, produced in 179 examples between 1952 and 1963. (4th serie with screwed back).

C. waterproof, massive, polished, concave bezel, fluted lugs. D. mat silver with applied gold indexes + graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations, outer graduations for the minutes and the seconds. "Dauphine" gold hands. M. 27-SC Q, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
