Patek, Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 888170, case No. 2619209, Ref. 2438-1, circa 1963. Rare and fine astronomic, centre seconds, 18-carat gold wristwatch, with moon phases and perpetual calendar. Produced in 179 examples between 1952 and 1963, very few with waterproof case.

D. mat silver with applied gold indexes, concentric, indication of the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. " Dauphine" gold hands. M. 27 SC 0, rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetaIIic balance adjusted to 5 positions, antishock system, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
