Very fine and very rare rectangular 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Archives.

Brushed silver with applied pink gold dart and trefoil-shaped indexes and Arabic 12, subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 10'''-200, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 28 x 44 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
