So-called ?Banana? Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 973853, case No. 666840, Ref. 2442. Made in 1951. Very fine and very rare, rectangular flared, "bombé", 18K yel-low gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
