Yellow Gold 2468 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 976044, case No. 680153, Ref. 2468. Made in 1954, sold on February 17, 1955. Very fine, rectangular bombé, 18K yellow gold wristwatch. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
C. Two-body, flared, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, two-facet crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold triangular indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold feuille hands. M. 9'''-90, stamped with the Geneva Quality Mark, tonneau, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, Giromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed. Dim. 23 x 39 mm.
