Sold by Guillermin et Cie, 20, Place Vendome, Paris, on August 7, 1952. Very fine and very rare, rectangular "bombé", 18K pink gold wristwatch with an 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe box and Certificate of Origin.
