?Yellow Ref. 2481? Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 707566, case No. 2604535, Ref. 2481. Made circa 1959. Fine and very rare, center seconds, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with a 14K yellow gold link bracelet with hobnail pattern.
C. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, fluted curved lugs, concave bezel, engraved case back. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes and dot minute markers. Yellow gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 27-SC, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
