Very fine and rare, square, platinum and diamond-set wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

White gold baton hands. M. Cal. 10???200, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 26 x 26.5 mm. Thickness 7 mm.
