D. matt silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 27-SC Q Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.

Ref. 2497 From 1952 to 1963, only 179 examples of this model were produced, the majority in yellow gold, very few in pink and in white gold and only one in platinum is known to date. - First series from 1952 to 1958 with applied Arabic numerals and " Feuille " hands. - Second series from 1958 to 1960 with applied Arabic numerals and "Dauphine " hands. - Third series with applied gold indexes and "Dauphine" hands. A similar watch is published in Patch Philippe NVristiuatches, p. 218. Since 1963, becomes Ref. 2438/1 - First series in yellow gold with applied Arabic numerals, "Dauphine " hands, fluted lugs, screwed back. - Second series with applied "baton" indexes, "Dauphine" hands, fluted lugs, screwed back.
