Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 888059, case No. 679793, Ref. 2497,1st series, circa 1955. Produced in 179 examples from 1952 to 1963 in yellow, pink and white gold. Very fine and rare, astronomic, center second, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 27 SC Q Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
