Very fine and rare, astronomic, center seconds, 18K pink gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a box, warranty and the Extract from the Archives.

Matte silver with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Pink gold feuille hands. Cal. 27-SC Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator. Production of this reference began in 1951, produced in quantities not precisely known today, was made in yellow gold standard production, pink gold very few examples known, white gold two examples known, and platinum two examples known.

- Second series: alternating upright applied gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, center-seconds and dauphine hands. Diam. 37 mm.
- Third series: with applied gold bâton indexes, flat back, recessed winding crown and dauphine hands. Diam. 37 mm.
