Pink Gold, Ref. 2497, First Series Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 888041, case No. 674394, Ref. 2497, first series. Made in 1953, sold on October 14th, 1970. Extremely fine and equally rare, center-seconds, 18K pink gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar,moon phases and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, snap-on case back engraved "Peter S. Knoll - New York City - 1980", concave bezel, fluted and curved lugs. D. Matte silver with applied pink gold Arabic numerals and dot indexes, subsidiary dial for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases, outer minute/seconds and 1/5th seconds track with Arabic five second numerals. Pink gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 27- SC Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, bimetallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating blued Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
