Exceptionally fine and rare astronomic, center-seconds, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar and moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. D. matte silver with applied yellow gold bâton and pyramidal indexes, auxiliary dial for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Cal. 27-SC Q , stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium-plated, ?fausses-côtes? decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, Breguet balance-spring, micrometric regulator.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 37 mm.

Ref. 24972497First series from 1951 to 1958 with applied Arabic numerals and "Feuille" hands. Second series from 1958 to 1960 with applied Arabic numerals and "Dauphine" hands. Third series with applied gold indexes and "Dauphine" hands. This reference, produced in quantities not precisely known today, was made in yellow gold, white gold only one example known today, and platinum only one known today. The two references were no longer listed in the Patek Philippe 1964 catalogue.
