Extremely fine and rare center seconds, astronomical 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and original 18K pink gold extensible Patek Philippe bracelet with deployant clasp.
C. massive, polished, concave bezel, dedicated back. D. matt silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the days of the month, apertures for the clays of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" pink gold hands. M. 27-SC Q Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses cotes " decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, antishock system, Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.
