From 1978, becomes 2499/100 with sapphire crystal. Very fine and rare astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, perpetual calender and moon phases, and 18ct gold Patek Philippe buckle.

D. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. " Feuille" gold hands. M. 13? Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
