Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, No. 869349, case No. 2637690, Ref. 2499, circa 1968, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985, third series with round buttons and crystal glass from circa 1960. From 1978, becomes 2499/100 with sapphire crystal. Fine, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with round button chronograph and register, perpetual calendar and moon phases.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Feuille" gold hands. M. 13? Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lateral lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial and case signed. In excellent condition. Diam. 38 mm.
