Patek Philippe & Cie Genève, No. 868747, case No. 2611725, Ref. 2499, circa 1955, produced in 349 examples between 1950 and 1985. Very fine, astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with round button chronograph, with 18 ct gold deployant clasp and fitted box.

D. mat silver, with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. " Bâton" gold hands. M. 13"'-Q rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 23 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 37 mm.
